La Catrina Quartet: Daniel Vega-Albela, 1st violin; Roberta Arruda, second violin; Jorge Martinez, viola; Javier Arias, cello; with Linda Marianiello, flute and Debra Ayers, piano. Concert followed by a Meet the Artist Reception with Bubbly at Immaculate Centre of Mary Chapel and Retreat Center.

Enchantment Chamber Music Mardi Gras-Funfair Concert
January xviii, 2014 at 4:00 pm
Enchantment Chamber Music, with violinist Ellen Chavez de Leitner, and guitarists Lynn McGrath and Genevieve Leitner, present a concert of music meant for calorie-free-hearted enjoyment, as traditionally celebrated in Europe with social balls and parties before the customary forty days of Lenten fasting and penance observed by the Church. Included in the concert are traditional New Mexican folk dances, Venezuelan waltzes by Antonio Lauro, Austrian landlers by Anton Diabelli, Brazilian modhinas, music by Haydn, Pernambuco, and Gonzales, and excerpts from Fifty'Histoire du Tango past Piazzola.

Outset Performance of the Newly Orchestrated Requiem past New Mexico Composer John Donald Robb and Charles Gounod's Saint Cecilia Mass
Th, May 23, 2013 at seven:00 pm in the St. Francis Auditorium
Soloists, Choir, and Orchestra; Franz Vote, Music Director and Conductor; Members of the New United mexican states Bach Chorale. The first performance of John Donald Robb's Requiem in the newly orchestrated version is a joint project of the New United mexican states Performing Arts Order and the UNM John Donald Robb Musical Trust in Albuquerque. Robb was the Dean of the Higher of Fine Arts at UNM, likewise as a composer, early collector of folk music, and preservationist. Dean Robb too studied with prominent musicians of his fourth dimension, including Nadia Boulanger, Horatio Parker, Darius Milhaud, Roy Harris, and Paul Hindemith.
